This notice describes how the developer of Windowstill: Property Media handles information in the app and on this support site. For questions or requests, contact Djlsb@djlsbusa.com.
Information the app uses
The app connects to WindowStill to provide the photographer or client experience associated with your account. Depending on your account and the actions you take, it may receive, display, store on your device, or send information including:
- Your WindowStill sign-in details and account information.
- Names and contact information, property addresses, appointments, schedules, service and order details, notes, earnings, invoices, and property media.
- Information you enter when booking or managing a property, including an address and the services or appointment you select.
- Files and media you choose to download or export, and information you provide when contacting support.
We use this information to authenticate you, show and update your WindowStill information, carry out the actions you request, make selected information available offline, and respond to support requests.
Sign-in and information on your iPhone
Sign-in details are sent to WindowStill over an encrypted connection. If you choose to stay signed in, your login may be stored in your iPhone’s Keychain and protected with Face ID or Touch ID if you enable that option. A protected copy of some photographer information may be saved on your device to provide offline access.
The app keeps local settings, such as your appearance preference, on the device. Signing out attempts to remove the saved login and the photographer’s offline snapshot. Downloaded media and copies you export may remain separately; delete those files from where they are stored. The app’s sign-out action does not delete your WindowStill account.
Photos, files, maps, and payments
When you choose to export media, the app may request permission to add photos or videos to Photos or let you choose a destination in Files. You can manage the app’s permissions in iPhone Settings. Copies saved to Photos or outside the app can remain after you sign out or remove the app.
Apple’s mapping services may receive addresses used for route calculations. When you choose directions, the selected maps app receives the relevant address. Address suggestions in the booking flow use Google Places through the WindowStill service, which may receive the information you enter and associated connection information.
If you choose to add a card, Stripe’s card component sends card details to Stripe for tokenization; a payment token and cardholder name are provided to WindowStill. Stripe’s mobile SDK may collect device and interaction information for analytics and fraud prevention when its components are used. See Stripe’s mobile SDK privacy details.
Service providers
WindowStill and the HDPhotoHub platform process account, booking, order, and media information to provide their services. Stripe processes payment information when you use the relevant payment feature. Apple and Google provide mapping, address, device, or other services you choose to use. These providers handle information under their own notices and service arrangements:

This support site is hosted by a third-party provider. The hosting service may process standard connection, IP address, request, and security information to deliver and protect the site. It may set a security cookie, including Cloudflare’s __cf_bm, to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. If you email support, your message and email address are handled by the email services used to send and receive it.
Retention and deletion
On-device information is kept until it is replaced or removed through the app or iOS, as described above. Support messages are kept as needed to respond and maintain support records, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us for help accessing or deleting information you have provided to the developer by emailing Djlsb@djlsbusa.com.
WindowStill and its service providers manage data stored in their systems under their own retention and deletion practices. Contact WindowStill for requests about your WindowStill account, orders, and media; you can also contact the app developer for help directing your request. Removing the app or local files does not delete information held by those services.
Security and changes
The app uses encrypted connections to WindowStill and iOS Keychain and file-protection features where applicable. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We may update this notice as the app or its services change; the date at the top identifies the current version.
